Now in our third season, the Cap City Summer Elite League is a competitive summer hockey league in Columbus, OH for professional, college, junior, AAA and high school level hockey players.
The CCSEL provides Central Ohio's high level players with competitive environment to play local games each week to prepare and stay sharp for the season ahead!
LEAGUE DETAILS
In 2025, we are excited to expand our league with the Roosters Youth Division that will include four teams at both the 16U (2009/2010) and 14U (2011/2012) levels.
UPDATE - A LA CARTE PARTICIPATION AVAILABLE!
To best serve the local community, we are offering games a-la-carte and run the Youth Division similar to our Pro and Prospects Divisions. This will allow more players to participate and will also better accommodate summer schedules and other training needs.
It is our priority for the CCSEL to be the most competitive environment possible to help high level, dedicated players prepare for next season. Games will be played 4v4 or 5v5 based on numbers.
- If you are interested in playing, complete our non-refundable $10 league application.
- Full-time offers have already been sent out.
- Reserve list players can be invited on a week-to-week basis to fill out remaining rosters spots.
- Rosters are fluid and will be announced each Sunday throughout the season.
- The cost to play is $45 per game. When full-time offers are sent, players will be able to pick the weeks they want to play and can guarantee their spots for those games at a one time, discounted rate.
- All full-time, rostered players will receive a Cap City hat and will be able to keep their Roosters jersey at the end of the season.

2025 Summer
To be considered for the Cap City Summer Elite League's Youth Division, please complete this $10 non-refundable application/registration.
The youth division will feature four teams at both the 16U (2009/2010) and 14U (2011/2012) levels. A-la-carte participation is available. An availability form is now a part of the application
This application includes an availability form which helps our staff determine rosters on a weekly basis.
The cost to participate is $45 per game. Players will only be charged on the dates in which they play. Rosters will remain fluid and will be announced every Sunday throughout the season.
